day 63
we went to burgundy for a few days and did some of my favourite things...
goat's cheese wrapped in proscuiutto, garlic snails in butter and a new cheese to accompany each wine.

i would say jeez that's a heart attack waiting to happen, but health reports from France continue to deny, deny, deny... perhaps France is in the Bermuda triangle of saturated fats, it goes in and POOF....mysteriously disappears!
